The product is great, it works perfectly fine and it arrived in great condition and package. However the delivery process was a mess. I get an email asking my opinion on the product but I hadn't had any news on my order, so I checked the UPS track order page and it said that it had been delivered to a local shop but I had no recived any notification at any point by anyone, not Sennheiser or UPS. I almost lost my purchase because.
