Eligibility Criteria and Participants |
This promotion is available to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over (Eligible Person). Eligible Persons who participate in the Promotion are referred to as “Participants”. |

The offer under this Promotion (Offer) starts at 12:01 AEST on 5th Feb 2026 and closes at 11:59 AEST on 25th Feb 2026. |

Promotional Pricing |
But 2 or more of any participating products in a single order at $109 each. This promotional price is not for less than 2 units of any of the participating products. |

Claim method |
Promotional pricing will be automatically applied at checkout, when number of participating products in cart is more than 2 in single order quantity. |

Offer Conditions |
The Offer only applies during the Offer Period and with respect to Participating Products. The Offer is subject to stock availability of the Participating Products within the applicable sales channel. If stocks run out or if the Participating Products are unavailable, the Promotional Pricing does not apply after expiry of the Offer Period. |
Terms & Conditions
1. General: The above Schedule comprises part of these terms & conditions (Terms). The Terms must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. The Schedule defines the terms used in these Terms of entry. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. By participating in this Promotion, Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Availability: The Offer is only available to Eligible Persons who provide an Australian postal address and comply with these terms and conditions. Due to security and safety reasons, orders are not shipped to PO box addresses.
3. Returns: The Promoter does not accept any returns for change of mind. In case of any order returns that reduces the total number of items on that order to less than 2, the Promoter will charge full price of the remaining 1 item from the customer’s payment method. For example, if the customer ordered 3 of the participating products at offer price $109 each, for total order value of $327 (3x$109= $327), and the customer chooses to return 2 of the items on the order, the offer price will not apply on the remaining item quantity (3-2=1) on the order and full price ($179.95) of the remaining 1 item will be deducted from the customer’s total order return amount ($327-$179.95= $147.05) and not the offer price ($109).
4. Privacy: Participating in the Offer will require the collection of the Participant’s personal information, including the Participant’s name, email address and delivery address, as well as payment details. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (which can be accessed at https://au.sennheiser-hearing.com/policies/privacy-policy), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Information about how Participants may access or correct their personal information or make a privacy-related complaint is set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
5. Not transferable: All Offers are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
6. Australian Consumer Law: These terms and conditions do not, nor do they purport to, exclude, limit or modify any non-excludable statutory guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other warranties (whether express or implied) under any state or federal legislation which cannot be excluded.
7. Technical Malfunction: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify this Promotion.
8. Cancellation: The Promotor may withdraw or cancel this Promotion at any time.
9. Governing law: The Promotion and these Terms of entry will be governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. Participants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of New South Wales in connection with disputes concerning the Promotion.
