(1) We do not accept returns or provide refunds for Products purchased via our Online Shop where you have changed your mind.

(2) Our refund policy set out in this clause 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of Online Sales to Consumers does not limit, exclude or replace any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Returns will only be accepted where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

(3) When a return is required under the Australian Consumer Law, we bear the costs for return shipping if the Customer uses the free return label. The Customer can download the return label online in our retour-portal. If the return label is not used, the Customer bears the costs. Payments already made will be credited if the returned Products have been received and assessed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

(5) How do I cancel my order?
You can contact us to cancel your order after it was placed and before it has been shipped to you. Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped, the delivery status of which can be tracked online by the provided tracking details on the shipping confirmation email. If you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped, you will need to do so directly with the delivery service provider.

(6) When will my credit appear on my credit card?
We will process your refund after the return has been received in out warehouse. Once we have processed the refund, the refunded amount will be reflecting on your payment method as per your payment institution's standard processing timeline.
